n your new role you will: 1

. To assist with recipe optimization for Physical Failure Analysis tools e.g. RIE, Ion Miller and X-Prep. 2
. Provide support for Sample Preparation team on data analysis, documentation & process optimization activities. 3
. Support logistic of sample from warehouse to lab, Incoming inspection, CMA system update, I fact Job transfer and other logistic activity related to FAR and FAB support team. 4
. Support on-going activities/ tasks for Failure Analysis lab as and when necessary and required. Y
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B

• achelor's Degree in Science, in the field of Chemistry/ Material/Metallurgy/ Physics or equivalent. H
• ands-on experience with relevant semiconductor failure analysis tools is an added advantage. C
• GPA must be at least 3.0 C
• ontract for 12 months
