Jawatan Kosong Process Engineering Senior Section Head in Seremban
- Provide process engineering support to manufacturing line and responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time of the products
- Provide technical leadership and solutions to day-to-day manufacturing issues
- Optimize wafer fab processes using design of experiments and analytical methodologies to improve process and device yield
- Analyze failing wafers with cross functional team to identify root causes including working with suppliers and customers for solutions
- Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD
- Work with cross functional teams (local and global) as well as across business units on new technology development programs and new part introduction
- Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.
- Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS.
- Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors
- Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues
- Institute effective process controls and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency
- Improve tools and processes with cross functional team, suppliers, and customers

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Physics, Electrical, Electronics, or Materials Science Engineering is required
- Experience in wafer processing factory is preferred
