Jawatan Kosong Program/Project Manager 5 in Bayan Lepas The Impact You’ll Make

This Program Manager role is part of the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) Business Operations team and will be responsible for the GSCM Annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) accountability via WorkBoard, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) program as well as other operations duties.

What You’ll Do

• OKR program management: You will be responsible for owning the accountability processes for OKRs, including ensuring timely updates of the platform and accountability reviews. This includes facilitating reviews, ensuring actions are documented w/owners and ECDs, results behind or at risk are highlighted by the owners with associated recovery plans and help needed identified.
• AOP program management: You will be responsible for ensuring the AOP cycle deliverables for GSCM are met, drive compliance to Corp AOP guidelines for incoming and outgoing requests and work with the respective GSCM owners to ensure outgoing AOP requests are driven via partner organizations and incoming AOP requests are loaded in WorkBoard and have associated requestor accountability forums defined for each request as appropriate.
• Content and Communication: You will be responsible for defining the appropriate content, structure, and organization of information communicated as part of the accountability processes.
• Training: You will be responsible for training relevant participants in the accountability processes.
• This role will also assume short-term finite operational projects as required as the role will not be limited to just AOP and OKR programs.

Who We’re Looking For

• B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related disciplines.
• Twelve (12) years of experience working in Supply Chain and/or related field
• Demonstrated competence of Supply Chain and/or Business operations
• Experience driving cross-functional accountability as a program manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must effectively convey messages to small and large audiences in team meetings and presentations.
• Proficiency using Excel, PowerBI and/or other data analytics tools.
• Experience using database management concepts
• Meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience.
• Strong understanding of the Lam Management system (LMS)
• Familiarity with WorkBoard (Strategic Execution tool)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain management operations
