Jawatan Kosong QAQC EXECUTIVE in Bintulu

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install work instructions (SOP) and execute quality check accordingly during receipt of raw material, packaging material, in-process control and dispatch of semi-finished or finished goods
• Monitor quality assurance according to GMP, HACCP, VHM working procedure in the plant: processes, transport, storage, cleaning, personnel hygiene and follow up on corrective action.
• Ensure that all data for the production is completed and meets traceability requirements.
• To assist in HACCP, GMP, MESTI, VHM, HALAL or other auditing and deal with auditors for site audits.
• Prepares reports, compiles and maintains records on product quality status, and all tests and inspection that have been conducted.
• To assist handling with customer complaints, conduct investigation on test failures and discrepancies. Then provide Corrective Preventative Action Request (CPAR).
• Design and implement QC and QA programs for continuous process improvement.
• Update Quality manual.
• To assist and work closely with production supervisor in daily production work.
• Responsible for new employees’ food handler training course and arrangement for their typhoid injection.
• Responsible for cleanliness daily records. (E.g.: General Hygiene Record, Cleaning & Sanitation Record).
• Assist pest control service and responsible for internal pest control checklist form.
• Coach and train staff members professionally and technically. For instance, handling chemical for cleaning and sanitation program.
• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Mastering in all equipment and machinery handling and production process.
• Ensure that all inspection and test equipment are properly calibrated and controlled.
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in QA/QC or Halal roles.
• Experience dealing with Halal certification processes and liaising with JAKIM or Halal bodies is an advantage.
• Experience with food safety certifications such as HACCP, GMP, MESTI, VHM.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with food safety management systems and inspection protocols. (Cleaning and Sanitation Monitoring, Pest Control and GMP Site Inspection, Audit and Regulatory Compliance, Documentation and Record, Others and Continuous Improvement)

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in identifying and solving quality and compliance issues.

Other Requirements:

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to attend training or courses related to Halal and food safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
