Jawatan Kosong FINANCE EXECUTIVE in Sungai Petani

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

About The Job

To initiate payment in group bank accounts.

Handle the full set of accounts independently

To maintain group fund budgeting data which update daily.

To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters.

To assist in daily operations, including consolidate receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into accounting system.

To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate and complete.

To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g., creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation, production & logistic etc.).

Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Ad-hoc projects assigned.

Assisting in preparation of budgets.

Monitoring company account/financial healthiness.

Track & recover debt.

Skills And Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Background in the construction industry is highly preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

Language and Cultural Expertise Focus: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
