Jawatan Kosong Mechanical Engineer Automotive Industry - Senai Open for Fresh. in Kulai

1. To support, motivate Technician and Production Line Leader team in all aspects.
2. Ensure production floor running with smoothly and good 5S.
3. To ensure minimum down time in production and liaise with Superior.
4. Involved in tool set-up and machine or process troubleshooting.
5. Ensure use optimized time when do set-up and also to control material usage to reduce material wastage.
6. Ensure tool box storage is tidy and full set up tools available.
7. Reply Bi-monthly report Long-Term Stability (LTS), Disposition Review Board (XRB) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for customer
8. To participate in pre-High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) or Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) meeting to contribute idea for improvement and ensure action effectively implemented.
9. To monitor Line Leader or assistant Line Leader to do a good job in set up activities.
10. Authorized to stop machine if encounter continual product quality problem.
11. Ensure serious mindset, working urgency and detail handover communication in daily job.
12. Involve in Data & Process analysis with Engineering and QA for Quality improvement.
13. Support machine preventive maintenance if needed.
14. Ensure adherence of personal hygiene and cleanliness requirement especially while running of Medical products with full understanding of its specification and First In First Out (FIFO) traceability.
15. As directed to perform other duties assigned by Superior or Management.

Requirements

1. Degree / Diploma in engineering with 3-4 years experience in related field.
2. Able to work independently and resourceful.
3. Communicate well in English
4. Computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
