Staffing Services Job Vacancies April 2026

Key Scopes

• Manage full spectrum of order processing for various regions.
• Prepare and issues a wide variety of shipping documents, including Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Tax Invoices, Packing List, Delivery Order, Conformance Certificate from in-house system.
• Prepare and issues Credit & Debit Note.
• Provide various administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor blanket orders and indent orders are fulfilled, and the delivery date information is updated to customer.
• Handling/follow up with customers on all sales support matters.
• To upload all delivery orders to app/portal for daily delivery.
• To check all delivery documents, ensure with customers’ company stamp and acknowledgement.
• To maintain and update customer list and price list.
• To create certificate of analysis with delivery information for QC to update.
• Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, reply emails and enquiries.
• Maintain proper and neat filing system.

Requirements

• Min SPM holder/above
• 1-2 years of Sales Admin / Order Processing / Shipping experience.
• Exposure in Manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa & Mandarin to support business needs.
• Permanent vacancy based in Kulai, Johor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
