Jawatan Kosong Business Process Specialist in Butterworth

About Us:

Zircont Systems is a service company that supports Furinno in various business functions. Furinno is a leading e-commerce furniture company with top seller rank in various categories on Amazon, Walmart and other US and Europe marketplaces. The company operates in US and Malaysia. This job is required to work in Butterworth, Penang.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Process daily and domestic orders, upload tracking report and keep record of order summary
• Involved in freight booking for domestic shipments
• Check and respond to order cancellation request on daily basis
• Monitor and tracking late and backordersto ensure timely problem solving
• Process Direct Import orders, prepare all documents necessary and assist with troubleshooting
• Trace incoming containers and update truckers
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Professional in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word
• Able to work required schedule and overtime to support US & Canada team / UK & EU team
• Able to demonstrate strong initiative and operate with limited direction
• Must be reliable and punctual. Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
