Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT ASSISTANT in Batu Caves

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses into the accounting system.
• Prepare and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Help prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit and reference.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments and billing issues.
• Assist in payroll preparation (if required).
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Accountant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
