What You’ll Do:

As our Event Management Executive, you will assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting company events and operational activities. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in planning and coordinating events, briefings, and training sessions.
• Managing event logistics, including venues, equipment, and materials.
• Supporting the marketing and operations team in event execution and coordination.
• Communicating with vendors, partners, and participants.
• Assisting during events to ensure smooth operations and good participant experience.
• Supporting airport duties for group departures when required.
• Occasionally working on weekends for events, trainings, or departures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, operations, admin, or related fields
• (Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome).
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure during events.
• Comfortable dealing with clients, vendors, and group participants.What You’ll Get:

• Monthly salary of RM1,800 – RM2,000
• Airport duty allowance when assigned for airport departures
• Meal allowance during airport duty
• Hands-on experience in event and operational management
