Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Supervisor in Seremban

Inventory Management & Control

• Supervise inventory management of raw materials, finished products and spare parts.
• Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock takes to prevent inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure sufficient supply of materials for production.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of parts, including high-precision and sensitive components.

Warehouse Operations & Organizational Management

• Supervise and manage material loading/unloading, storage, and shipping processes.
• Ensure systematic storage of items to enhance efficiency and warehouse space utilization.
• Monitor and implement scientifically sound inventory management methods suited to factory conditions.
• Develop and implement warehouse layout optimization plans to improve storage and retrieval efficiency.

Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination

• Work closely with suppliers, logistics companies, and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with CNC production teams to ensure timely supply of materials, minimizing production downtime.
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing shipping documents, such as delivery notes, invoices & packing lists.
• Ensure CNC-machined parts are delivered to customers on time and maintain shipping records.

Safety Management and Compliance

• Strictly enforce warehouse safety operating standards.
• Regularly inspect warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, shelving and lifting tools, to ensure safe operation.
• Implement waste disposal procedures and properly handle metal scrap from CNC machining in accordance with environmental regulations.

Warehouse Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain warehouse records, including material receipts and dispatches, inventory logs, and stock reports.
• Generate and submit inventory analysis reports to management on a regular basis.
• Identify and promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or losses.
• Participate in the development and implementation of warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
