DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Responsible for requesting and monitoring Guarantee Letter (GL) issue by Managed Care Orginasation (MCO) / Third Party Administrator (TPA) for patient admitted under medical card.

b) Responsible for all necessary actions to be taken in recovering the excess amount/ none-cover items/ outstanding amount (due to decline cases) that is stated on the GL issued by MCO/ TPA.

Job requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Team Player, meticulous and customer service oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Able to work in fast-pace environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
