We are currently embarking on our next stage of aggressive expansion which includes entry into additional markets within the region of Southeast Asia. We expect to quickly grow to >1,000 stores across the region and then potentially look at listing options.

We are looking for a highly capable, experienced, driven, and motivated Team Member to serve quality food beverage to our customers across the region.

Responsibilities:

- To maintain a commitment to serving quality food, beverages, and products as well as providing an excellent customer experience to all customers

- To ensure that operations are in line with the company vision and values & follow the strategic direction that is set out by the Management Team.

- Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Store Crews, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager, and staff from the Support Centre

- Identify & implement continuous store improvements

- Responsible for logistics of stocks (between storeroom and outlet)

Requirements:

- Ideally at least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or any related fields.

- Applicants with slightly less experience may be considered exceptional in all other areas.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent written & spoken English

- Able to converse & understand written English & Bahasa Melayu.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

- Possess good personal hygiene.

- Eager and willing to learn about kitchen operations and food-handling skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours

- Drive sales

- Training will be provided

- Possess own transport

- Responsible, honest, energetic, punctual to work and co-operation

- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
