We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com About the Opportunity: As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient management of the company's cash and financial exposures. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our cash position, managing bank relationships, maintaining robust bank account administration, and contributing to the continuous improvement of treasury processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your treasury expertise and contribute directly to the financial health and stability of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Cash & Exposure Management: Prepare cash position reports, monitor financial exposures, and support hedging strategies. Forecast cash flows and resolve discrepancies.
- Bank Account Administration: Manage bank account activities, including openings, closures, and e-banking access. Maintain accurate bank account records.
- Bank Mandates & Signers: Coordinate bank mandates and signer updates, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate records.
- Bank Record Audits: Conduct regular audits of bank records against the Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and internal systems, performing reconciliations and resolving issues.
- Bank Fee Management: Analyze bank fees, process payments, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Transaction Recording & Process Improvement: Ensure accurate transaction recording. Assist with new banking structures and ad-hoc projects. Document and improve operational procedures.
What You’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of working experience in a treasury role.
- Familiarity with bank transfers and bank management.
- Familiarity with bank account opening and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as part of a team, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Additional Advantage: Experience in performing cash flow forecasts for the company and managing funds between multiple accounts.
