• Understand Vendor/Customer/ Master Data creation and maintenance tasks
• Set-up new and Maintain/ Update Vendor/ Customer/ Master Data with high level of detail and accuracy
• Verify request’s information, verify approval according to DOA and verify documents required prior to Vendor/ Customer/ Master Data creation or maintenance
• Maintain or update Desktop Procedures (DTP) or SOP for any process changed or update
• Ensure KPI/ SLA deadlines are met.
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects / analysis as assigned by reporting team leader/ manager

Requirements :-

• Must have SAP system experience especially in the General Ledger module and master data creation tasks and ERP experience is a plus
• Preferably with Vendor/ Customer/ Master Data management experience
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant field (an advantage)
• 2+ years of practical accounting experience
• Familiarity with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Teams
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
