1️ Proses Pengeluaran

• Melakukan kerja rendaman dan pencucian kacang soya.
• Mengendalikan proses rebusan dan pengupasan kulit kacang.
• Membantu dalam proses penapaian (fermentation) mengikut arahan.
• Melakukan kerja pembungkusan dan pelabelan produk.
• Memastikan setiap produk dibungkus dengan kemas dan bersih

2️ Kawalan Kualiti

• Memastikan tempe yang dihasilkan tidak rosak atau berkulat tidak sempurna.
• Melaporkan segera kepada penyelia jika terdapat kecacatan produk.
• Mematuhi arahan kawalan suhu dan masa penapaian.

3️ Kebersihan & Keselamatan

• Memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih.
• Memakai pakaian kerja dan PPE yang ditetapkan.
• Mengikut amalan GMP dan kebersihan makanan.
• Tidak memakai barang kemas atau membawa barang peribadi ke kawasan produksi.
