• Obtain future upcoming content from the content teams on a monthly basis, to assist on the development of the monthly content and marketing strategy
• Identify appropriate program/ content to be highlighted to customers on a weekly basis and the platform to communicate to customers
• Work closely with the Data analytics team as well as NJOI’s team on insights of customers purchasing behavior and eventually come up with insights and recommendations for future campaigns
• Develop monthly content and marketing strategy based on the upcoming content and events, festivities and to cater to the targeted market
• Regularly create campaigns/ promos based on the business/ data insights to double or triple the monthly RGS as well as ARPU
• Collaborate closely with the Content, Marketing and Sales team to ensure the success of each campaigns

Scheduling NJOI TV Channel

• To plan & share insights on the suitable timeslots for every new shows launches in Channel, maintain channels programming database and update Channels content planning cycle
• To plot and maintain the programming schedule on the Fixed Point Chart (FPC)
• To possess strong knowledge on Fore TV system for planning and programming .
• To ensure that the materials for broadcast and promotional items were based on the given timelines and meeting necessary requirements
• To initiate and champion transmission meetings with Broadcast Operation and Engineering Department for any Live and issues on transmissions channel

NJOI Major Pillars - Remaining Market, Spend Experience, Data, Marketing / Content

• Create/ assist in campaigns (GF and prepaid) from ideation, Financial justification and Memo creation to approval
• To work closely with PayTV for NJOI upgrade / upsell initiatives
• To leverage on data for customer insights and contribute to new ideas/innovations for promotions to build NJOI content and brands and to increase prepaid monetization
• Contribute ideas to improve end to end spend experience to provide seamless journey to customers
• Assist in other relevant ad-hoc operation related activities
• To liaise with relevant Astro departments e.g group data, PayTV, technology team and marketing when needs arise

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree qualification in Business Admin (Marketing, Finance or Accounting)
• 3-5 years working experience
• Managing end to end campaigns and able to prioritize on which is important
• Financial literacy is a requirement ie Gross Ads, EBITDA, Margins, RGS & ARPU. Balancing on the benefits to the customer and business
• Well verse in Microsoft office ie excel, powerpoint and word
