Jawatan Kosong Sales Executive Kitchen Appliance in Bukit Jalil

Pivotal to our retail success, this frontline role drives monthly sales targets while delivering a seamless, brand-aligned experience for every customer. We are looking for a professional who can represent our global kitchen brands with high credibility, ensuring both sales growth and operational excellence in inventory management across all offline distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance & Market Share

● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by brand and/or product category within the assigned territory.

● Track daily sales performance and flag risks to target achievement early.

● Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer requirements and current promotions.

● Monitor competitor pricing and activities and report findings to the management team.

● Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility during peak shopping periods.

2. Account Management & Store Relations

● Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners

● Conduct regular store visits to ensure our products are prominently displayed and adequately stocked

● Serve as the primary point of contact for store managers regarding PO placement, stock issues, damaged goods, and payment collection.

● Deliver a professional, courteous, and brand-aligned customer experience.

● Act as a positive brand ambassador in-store at all times.

3. Product & Brand Knowledge

● Maintain strong working knowledge of all brands and products being sold, including:

• Key features and benefits
• Price points and positioning
• Differentiation versus competitors

● Confidently communicate product value propositions to customers.

● Stay updated on new product launches, discontinued items, and brand messaging.

4. Promotions & Campaign Execution

● Familiarize and internalize monthly promotions, bundles, and campaign mechanics.

● Clearly explain promotions to customers and ensure correct application at point of sale.

● Ensure in-store execution is aligned with approved promotion guidelines.

● Provide feedback on customer response to promotions.

5. Merchandising & Inventory Control

• Ensure products are prominently displayed and meet brand merchandising standards.
• Ensure optimal stock levels at the retail level to prevent "out-of-stock" scenarios.
• Coordinate with the operation team to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of inventory to stores

● Maintain accurate record of retailer inventory at all times, including display stocks and backroom inventory.

● Ensure proper and timely recording of stock movement (sales, transfers, returns).

● Conduct regular stock checks and immediately flag discrepancies or risks.

6. Reporting & Store Coordination

● Submit required daily or weekly sales and inventory reports accurately and on time.

● Communicate stock needs, fast-moving items, and customer feedback to supervisors.

● Support store-level initiatives, events, or activations when required.

● Retail Share of Shelf, Visibility and Display Compliance

● Store Engagement, floor staff training and Store Visit Frequency

● Sell-In vs. Sell-Out Ratio tracking, ensuring Inventory accuracy and zero stock out situation

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
