Job Highlights

1. Establish and implement factory overall quality system initiatives in all phases of manufacturing operation.

2. Lead the quality control and quality system section staffs.

3. Identify and initiate any quality related continuous improvement activities.

4. Lead to resolve any quality issue arise at incoming stage, in process stage and outgoing/customer stage. Communicate and cooperate with related department to resolve quality issue.

5. Act as window for customer quality issue complaint and technical support. This will include the product installation related matter.

6. Support new product /process development and engineering change related activities.

7. Responsible for any internal audit and external audit related issue especially QMS matter.

8. Support in product testing activity with R&D department.

9. In charge for any system/product/company certification related activity.

10. In charge for the equipment related calibration and verification activity.

11. In charge for the grant sourcing and application related activities.

12. Manage the R&D team & laboratory facility.

Personality : extrovert, aggressive , responsible, good initiative, leadership , cope to change, Non calculative, independent, follow up .

Skill : Related industry tools such as 7 QC tools, FMEA, APQP, SPC, 8D and etc

Certificates : Certified quality engineer ; Six sigma green belt

Standard : ISO 9001 (Mandatory) and ISO 45001 (Optional)

Language : Malay, Mandarin and English
