Jawatan Kosong Material Controller in Perai

• Decide weekly purchases & liaise closely with Commodity Buyers on the shortage & gating items.
• Liaise with Customer, PM, Planner, CS to meet customers' requirements.
• Contact person between demand planning and supply planning in executing and adjusting the production plan to meet sales forecast requirement.
• Re-act to change of forecast and work closely with CS, Planner & Commodity Buyer.
• To ensure all customers' ECN are implemented in a timely manner.
• To review weekly purchase report.
• To review daily shortage report to ensure shortage & delivery schedule updated.
• To ensure quotation accuracy that provide by PM & sourcing.
• Process MM (material master) checklist & maintain the accuracy of in the system.
• Be a contact person between demand planning & supply planning in executing and adjusting the production plan to meet sales forecast requirement.
• To ensure return part & replacement timely arrange.
• To attend project weekly, daily meeting.
• To handle NPI project, ensure NPI project meet customer requirement date.
• To liaison with AVL and prepare of new registration.
• To maintain material inventory in a cost effective manner.
• Effectively manage based on build readiness procedures on new product transfer and EOL activity.
• To keep reminding planner to adjust system planning on alternative part.
• To ensure return part and replacement timely arrange.
• To resolve accounts payable issue and receiving discrepancies.
• To issue PO & EPR.
• To maintain PIR pricing.
• Ad-hoc on new order & delivery re-schedule from customer.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in purchasing management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years related working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong application knowledge in mySAP or ERP system.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to speak/read/write in Mandarin is an add advantage.
• Easy to adapt to new environment, adapt to change of environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
