Brand Store Manager (Consumer Electrical)

Location: Penang

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Brand Experience

• Oversee the daily operations of the brand store to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery.
• Maintain strong brand presentation standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product display.
• Ensure the store environment reflects the brand identity and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to maximize conversions.
• Monitor sales trends and propose strategies to increase footfall, upselling, and repeat purchases.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain customer databases and support CRM initiatives.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with HQ for replenishment, new arrivals, and promotional items.
• Prevent stock loss through proper handling, storage, and security measures.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
• Track KPIs such as sales performance, customer traffic, and product movement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
