As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Wireline Services, you’ll ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions

As a Service Delivery Coordinator – Wireline Services, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.

• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Managing multiple or single products/services.

• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the job cycle across organizational boundaries.

• Coordinating and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support.

• Executing ordering to remittance (OTR) and coordinate both salable and service deliverables to client

To be successful in this role you will:

• 
  Have bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

• Have minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Wireline operations.

• Have excellent leadership, good interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.

• Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Have demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization.

• Have ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.

• Have prior experience includes roles such as: field/remote engineer, applications engineer or similar, service delivery coordinator.
