GUGU is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Packer to join our team in KEMAMAN TERENGGANU . As a Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing customer orders for delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipping
• Ensure all orders are packaged securely and neatly to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organisation in the packing area
• Process and prepare outgoing shipments in a timely manner
• Assist with stock counting and inventory management tasks as needed

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least SPM. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a packing or e-commerce fulfillment role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Comfortable using basic technology and systems to process orders
• A proactive and organized approach to work
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
