Responsible for all matters pertaining to the providing, administering, and maintaining of adequate and effective security and other measures within the premises to ensure:

a) That maximum protection is given to the life of occupancies and employees.

b) Those properties and interest of employees are safeguarded against loss, damage and or other untoward incidents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and rostering security personnel for general or policing duties on a 24-hours basis within the premises and adjacent areas.
- To train, instruct and guide all security personnel regularly in order that such personnel may carry out or always discharge their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Review all security measures, procedures, equipment and method from time to time for protective and preventive purpose as well as to maintain efficiently and tight security control.
- Review daily report from security personnel, issuing necessary orders and counter-act un- satisfactory or irregular situations and conditions.
- To liaise with police and local authorities on matter of vice, gambling, theft, death etc. and special security measures and requirement for special events of functions.
- Liaise closely with all departments in matters pertaining to security and ensures that the day-to-day routine is strictly adhered to.
- Conducts and/or supervises investigations into reports made on fires, cases of theft and accidents.
- Ensure that a high standard of discipline and department of all security personnel is always maintained.
- Reports all observed property deficiencies and safety hazards.
- To ensure that high standard of discipline and behavior of all Security guard is always maintained, be professional in attitude, appearance, and applicants.
- To conduct regular meetings and train the staff or security personnel.

Min Qualification and Requirements

-Education: Certificate in Security Management, Professional Certificate in Management
-Experience: At least five years related experience
-Skills: Microsoft Office, Physical Security Management, Security System Management, Case Study and Investigation Coordinator, Building Security, ERT, Government Liaison

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
