Jawatan Kosong Supply Chain Executive Based in Sitiawan, Perak in Manjung

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and supply capability.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to the production and delivery schedules.
• Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply.
• Coordinate with the operations team to develop material requirements planning.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure alignment of production plans with business needs.
• Communicate any changes in the production schedule to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production variance and machine downtime.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and digitization initiatives, and participate in projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a supply chain-related role, preferably in the glove manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the glove manufacturing process and capacity planning.
• Strong communication skills, planning, and organizational skills; attention to detail; and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
