Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage all office PCs and peripherals.
• Perform periodic system, application, and data backups.
• Study, recommend, and deploy new application software and solutions for the company.
• Implement security measures in a network environment.
• Conduct training for end-users on office applications.
• Serve as a single point of accountability for all IT-related matters.
• Analyze business needs, design, develop, and implement system solutions.
• Improve existing systems for better data collection and system controls effectiveness.
• Design and develop analysis reports.
• Administer the company’s ERP system.
• Evaluate and deploy new technologies and application software solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP application support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Crystal Report writing, SQL, and Microsoft AX.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting expertise.
• Willing to work during odd hours (if necessary).
• Willing to relocate to Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
