Jawatan Kosong Site Supervisor Construction in Bintulu

Responsibilities

Supervise work executed at site by sub-contractors or workers and ensure that all the works are carried out in accordance with relevant drawings, method statement, specification, requirements and standard.

Plan and coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants and workers on all site activities to ensure smooth implementation of the project within schedule and quality is in conformance with specification and requirements.

Report to the Site Manager on progress of works, resources utilization and manpower status.

To monitor closely and take prompt action on all issues related to project progress to ensure the project progress is always on track or ahead.

Assist in resolving all technical and site issues.

Involved in defective work inspection & identification and recommend solutions;

Assist in checking delivery order and material received and ensure the unloading materials are arranged at the designated area.

To perform any other duties as and when required by the superior/Management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Construction Management.

At least 3 years of working experience related to site management and supervision construction industry.

Strong creative sense, team player, able to work independently and self-motivated.

Sound technical knowledge and capable in solving technical and site issues.

Able to handle overall site supervision works.

Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Office, Auto-Cad or any other relevant programs will be added advantage.
