We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Draughtsperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for various architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and designers to ensure that all drawings are accurate and meet project requirements.

Number of openings:

• 1 pax

Working Days & Hours:

• Monday to Friday: From 8.00am to 5.15pm
• Lunch Hour: 12.00pm to 1.15pm
• Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00pm
• 1st Saturday of the month off.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: min 2 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsperson or in a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Scopes:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans, using CAD software.
• Work with architects, designers, and engineers to translate conceptual designs into technical drawings and plans.
• Incorporate technical specifications, building codes, and regulations into design documents.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and ensure all changes are accurately reflected in updated plans.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
• Review and verify accuracy of drawings and documents to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Assist in the coordination of project schedules and manage drawing deliverables to meet deadlines.

• Salary Range: From RM3,000 to RM4,000
