Jawatan Kosong Site Supervisor - Cameron Highland Interior Works in Cameron Highlands

We are looking for a Construction Executive/Site Supervisor who will provide efficient and effective site supervision to complete the project on schedule.

What are your job responsibilities?

• Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Arrange workers schedule and material deliveries/logistic arrangement.
• Responsible for project’s correspondence and documentations.
• Ensure that the project is completely handed over.
• Handle & manage defect works.
• Attend to site issues or problems
• Experience in handling several subtrades at one time.

What you need to succeed in this role?

• At least 2 - 5 years' working experience in the Construction, Interiors & Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working, reliable, can work independently or with minimum supervision.
• Willing to outstation.
• Good knowledge in Interior Design & Fit-Out construction sequence of work.
• Self initiative/proactive/committed is needed.
