Quality Assurance Executive - Job Scope

• Ensure food quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are consistently practiced across restaurant operations.
• Monitor daily kitchen and outlet operations to ensure compliance with SOP, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Conduct routine checks on food ingredients, food preparation, storage, and serving processes.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs related to food handling, kitchen operations, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Conduct regular internal inspections and audits for kitchen, storage areas, and dining outlets.
• Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to outlet and kitchen teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to SOP, food safety, hygiene, and inspections.
• Provide basic training and guidance to staff on SOP, food handling, hygiene, and cleanliness practices.
• Liaise with relevant authorities or auditors when required (e.g. Ministry of Health, Halal authorities).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Work location: YBS Agro Premiere Sdn Bhd, Cameron Highlands branch.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
