Position: Content Creator
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturdays, 2x/month)
Location: Restoran Asam Pedas London, No. 2 & 4 Jalan 2/12, Bandar Baru Selayang, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our client’s team in Batu Caves.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging social media content that showcases daily operations, food preparation, and the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through visuals, keeps up with social media trends, and loves creating content within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities
1) Produce daily/weekly content such as videos, photos, and short clips for media social
2) Record food/drink preparation, behind-the-scenes activities, and outlet ambience to boost audience engagement.
3) Plan creative content ideas aligned with current trends and brand identity within the F&B industry.
4) Edit videos and photos using basic tools such as CapCut and Canva to create clean, attractive content.
5) Manage posting schedules to ensure the social media platforms remain consistently active.
6) Collaborate with the marketing team and outlet staff to gather updates, new menu information, and promotional content.
7) Participate in or host TikTok/Instagram Live sessions to promote menu items, engage with customers, and encourage sales.
8) Monitor comments, direct messages, and customer feedback, providing appropriate responses when necessary.
9) Accompany the founder to events or external activities for content recording as required.
Requirements
1) Experience in content creation, videography, or social media management is an advantage.
2) Creative, energetic, and able to follow social media trends.
3) Skilled in using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
4) Comfortable appearing in videos or hosting live sessions.
5) Good communication and teamwork skills.
6) Able to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
