Jawatan Kosong Specialist Talent Acquisition Fixed Term Contract in Kulim Establish and maintain strong relationships with key university contacts including career services, faculty members, and student organizations.

Job Description
In your new role:

• Organize and participate in on-campus recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.
• Drive and execute strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice among students and recent graduates.
• Leverage current employees as brand ambassadors through testimonials, speaking engagements, and participation in campus events.
• Talent acquisition of emerging talent to Identify, engage, and build a pipeline of high-potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of university relations and employer branding efforts, and recommend improvements.
Develop, coordinate, and manage internship programs and co-op opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs and providing valuable experiences for students.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
• 3 years and above of working experiences.
• Fast learner, work independently on multiple tasks with a driver-attitude and initiative-taking to reach out to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong event planning and coordination skills to support and drive branding outreach and internal events.
