Position: Restaurant Manager
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 + Free Meal
Working Hours: Flexible split shift (11am-2pm ;7pm-11pm / 10am-1pm ; 7pm-11pm)
Working Days: Monday - Sunday ( 1 day off between Monday to Wednesday )
Location: No 12, Taman Setia Harmoni, 08300, Gurun, Kedah

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations such as staff management, inventory, and supplies.
• Record and ensure that raw materials and equipment stock are sufficient and manage the purchase of necessary materials or equipment.
• Monitor to ensure no changes are made to food preparation formulas and standards.
• Recruit, train, manage, and reward staff as required.
• Pay attention to staff performance levels and provide suitable training to ensure high-quality work.
• Resolve customer and staff complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner.
• Plan and prepare monthly staff work schedules.
• Plan and prepare schedules for cleaning restrooms, drains, oil filters, exhaust fans, table and chair arrangements, and others.
• Analyze business records to improve sales and monitor expenses to prevent leakage and losses.
• Keep business records as outlined in the Operations Manual.
• Ensure and maintain high standards in service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness according to the company's operational standards.
• Ensure that restaurant equipment and facilities are used and maintained according to the company's operational standards.
• Attend meetings and courses arranged by the company.
• Ensure all employees work harmoniously.
• Prepare reports on financial performance, inventory, and employees.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
