Jawatan Kosong Operation Clerk in Sungai Petani

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with clients regarding import and export matters.
• Monitor the release of import and export shipments to consignees.
• Book transportation for cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with authorities for cargo and customs clearance.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
• Collect third-party bills to support documentation for invoicing purposes.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience (preferably with exposure to the logistics industry).

Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
