Jawatan Kosong Cafe Outlet Manager YOLE in Butterworth

About Us:

Dawn Coffee Sdn Bhd (202201005709) was founded in June 2022. The company is created to acquire and operate franchise businesses that specialize in Food & Beverage industry. Up to March 2023, we are owning 12 outlets which consist of Bask Bear Coffee, Yole, Mixue Ice Cream & Tea brands.

We are looking for Outlet Manager to fill a vacant position at Dawn Coffee Sdn Bhd. This position plays a vital role in managing and improving outlets at various locations across Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible in managing 2-3 outlets operations
• Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
• Train and develop team to be top notch customer service agents
• Train and produce excellent outlet supervisor every month
• Manage and lead motivated teams to increase store sales
• Ensure store products, services and environment meet the standards
• Expand new stores, train new teams, and help new stores get on track
• Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management
• Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation, and market trends

Job Requirement :

• 1-3 years experience having worked in F&B/ retail field as a supervisory role.
• Ability to work independently, navigate priorities and tasks assigned in an organized and timely manner with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin or BM will be an advantage
• Possess a can-do, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced/unstructured environment
• Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills to work together with people from diverse backgrounds and different levels
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively impact both strategic and operational initiatives
• MUST possess own vehicle
• You may be required to travel domestically within Malaysia to support the implementation plan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
