Key Responsibilities

• Create, process, and maintain quotations, sales orders, service orders, and Customer-Owned Material (COM) refurbishment orders.
• Generate Return Authorization (RAM) for material returns from global warehouses and customers.
• Place orders and provide customers with accurate information on pricing, availability, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using approved communication tools (e.g., Apropos and related systems).
• Perform transactional activities using ESKER and WINSHUTTLE platforms with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor urgent orders closely to ensure on-time shipment and delivery commitments.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) initiatives for Global Spares and actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze operational reports and performance metrics to identify deviations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to enhance system performance and service quality.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in SAP R/3 (SD Module) with hands-on experience in customer order processing.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, including problem resolution aligned with company policies and service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive contributor to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system navigation skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
