Jawatan Kosong Quality Control Executive Food Products in Seremban

Job Description

a) Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes, including raw material testing, in-process inspections, and finished product analysis.

b) Implementation of quality control measures, manage the QA team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

c) Conduct routine checks on ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure conformity with specifications and quality standards.

d) Inspection of milk powder production processes, ensuring that quality parameters are met at each stage.

e) Responsible for conducting laboratory testing according test procedures, safety measures and established plan.

f) Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) production line inspections.

g) Implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for inspection, assist in updating QA Manual.

h) Maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures, test results, and inspection reports.

i) Responsible for the Food Safety issues.

j) Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Qualification:

• Preferably from food manufacturing inspection background
• Must have knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices
• Diploma in food related industry
• Preferably good knowledge in GMP
• Computer literate
• able to speak in mandarin as there is needed to communicate with Taiwan Management
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude
• fresh graduate is welcome to apply
