Jawatan Kosong IT Executive in Tiram

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for providing hardware and networking service support and monitoring
• Perform 1st line user support and case logging
• Perform trouble shooting and monitoring on the hardware, software and networking issues
• Liaise with the contractor for on-site CCTV and network installation and cabling according to the project plan
• Update the computer inventory and specification list whenever any new setup and change
• Ensure the contingency plan for data & system recovery are generated & documented
• Ensure the softcopy data in the information management system are back-up periodically
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT:

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience
• Good knowledge in system trouble-shooting
• Good inter-personal skill
• Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
• 5 days work per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
