PEGAWAI PUSAT PANGGILAN
Skop Kerja:
1. Membuat panggilan keluar kepada sasaran/ target daripada senarai yang diberikan.
2. Mematuhi segala etika, peraturan dan polisi yang diberikan.
3. Mencapai sasaran yang diberikan secara harian, mingguan dan juga bulanan.
4. Menyampaikan maklumat kepada sasaran dengan berkesan.
5. Melaporkan tugasan kepada Penyelia/ Pengurus.
Syarat-Syarat Kelayakkan:
1. Warganegara MALAYSIA Sahaja.
2. Berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas.
3. MIN SPM dan setaraf.
4. Pengalaman atau tidak berpengalaman (Latihan akan disediakan).
5. Boleh Membaca, Menulis dan Bercakap dengan lancar.
6. Boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Malaysia dengan baik.
7. Boleh bekerja di dalam satu pasukan.
8. Boleh mula dengan kadar SEGERA.
