Jawatan Kosong CNC Machinist in Kulim

Job Title : CNC machinist

Range of Salary : RM 1,700 to RM4,500 (depending on experience and capabilities)

Working Location : Kulim, kedah

- ⁠6 Month Contract

- ⁠Rotational Shift

Qualification:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining is a plus.

- Experience operating CNC machines, with a strong understanding of G-code.

- Familiarity with blueprint reading and precision measuring tools.

- Ability to work independently and solve mechanical problems.

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

- Able to work shifts and overtime as required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or grinders.

- Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software based on blueprints and CAD models.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

- Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.

- Ensure parts are manufactured to specifications and maintain tight tolerances.

- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.

- Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part dimensions.

- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize machining processes.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
