Jawatan Kosong Storekeeper in Seremban

1. Responsible for perpetual inventory record of all daily receipt and issue

2. To issue stock according to the approved “Store Requisition Form”

3. To maintain “Par Stock Level” for all stock under the care

4. To raise “Purchase Request Form” for store items in accordance to the requirement

5. To assist accounting personnel in periodic physical inventories of storeroom count and operating supplies

6. To check and receive goods in accordance to specification of Purchase Order

7. To update Bin Card on timely basis for any mechandized entering and issuing from the stores

8. To tidy and arrange goods stored in storeroom in proper order and issue items in FIFO rotation to minimise wastage and spoilage

9. Accountable for any difference in physical store inventories with book figures

10. To update and prepare month end store balances report and to resolve any reconciliation

11. Implement proper controls in maintaining securities of storage areas at all times

12. File and retrieve storekeeping documents

13. Any other duties that maybe assigned to you from time to time / or as and when required.
