Kitchen Culinary Internship - Asian & Western

Job Scope:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of a diverse range of Asian and Western dishes, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Learn and apply the cook-chill method for menu items, including proper cooking, cooling, and storage techniques to maintain food safety and quality.
• Support the kitchen team with daily mis en place, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Participate in the maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards, including proper use of equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with chefs to understand menu planning, cost control, and efficient kitchen operations.
• Gain hands-on experience in plating, garnishing, and food presentation aligned with the hotel's standards.
