Jawatan Kosong Retail Supervisor in Bintulu

Based in Bintulu

Job Description

• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and retail assistant on the shop floor.
• Supervise and train retail staff.
• Open and close shop on time.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and issues.
• Ensure pricing on the product and shelf labels are correct.
• Maintain product display and ensuring no out of stock or overstock.
• Ensuring prompt ordering and receiving of products into the system.
• Maintain neat and clean product display according to company standard.
• Ensure daily sales is reported to head office and cash is banked in promptly.
• Run store to achieve sales target set by the company.

Requirements :

• Hardworking and passionate in retailing.
• Able to converse in Bahasa and English.
• Able to work independently, self-starter.
• Resourceful, people management skills.
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
