Job description

· Identify and handle customer inquiries till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction

· Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.

· Ensure the data is accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.

Job Requirements

· Fluency in English and Mandarin

· Education SPM or above

· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
