• Managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, collections and aging report.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers.
• Handling credit control activities to minimize overdue accounts and credit risks.
• Verifying and reconciling revenue transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Review staff claims submission including verifying, classifying, and recording into accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Liaise and communicate with each department if revision required.
• Assist in the preparation of reporting & ad hoc report.
• Assisting warehouse when only necessary. Able to do irregular monthly & annual inventory inspections.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Finance / Accounting

Requirement

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Required language (s) : Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Able to work independently and detail oriented.
