SYNVISTA ENERGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Jobs April 2026

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Executive to support and enforce our EHS programs, ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant EHS regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and audits to ensure safe practices are complied with local legal requirement.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
• Manage emergency response plans, including fire safety, spill control, and evacuation drills.
• Maintain EHS records, prepare regulatory reports, and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety and environmental standards into daily operations.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in EHS performance.

QUALIFICATION:-

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Possesses SHO green book and OSH Coordination certifications.
• Candidates with ad-hoc competency certifications relevant to industrial operations will have an advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of local EHS regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training delivery skills.
• Experience in energy storage, electronics, or chemical handling environments is a strong advantage.
• The candidate must be willing to work in Jeram Selangor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
