Jawatan Kosong Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive in Perai

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive is responsible for maintaining and updating digital assets to draw traffic to the company website, improve SEO ranking, creating compelling visual content, executing digital marketing strategies, and managing online sales channels to drive brand visibility and increase online revenue. This role involves designing digital assets, optimizing product listings, and coordinating promotional activities across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and Alibaba.

Key Accountabilities:

• Campaign Management

• Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns across various online channels. This includes social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.

2. Content Creation

• Design and create content for online, offline marketing campaigns, digital assets and upkeep on all digital assets and marketing collaterals including e-commerce listings.

3. Social Media & E-Commerce Management

• Create and manage social media and e-commerce accounts, develop social media & e-commerce strategies, manage and respond to engagements.

4. Campaign Execution

• Create and manage E-Commerce campaigns to increase E-Commerce revenue.

5 Data Analysis & Reporting

• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Market Research

• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and consumer behavior to upkeep digital marketing strategies
  
  2. Designing

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative graphics that elevate brand identity and user experience.
  
  3. Analytics & Reporting
  

• Monitor website & e-commerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

4 Continuous Learning

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Graphic Design or related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years in digital marketing and e-commerce roles, with a focus on managing online sales channels.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and Alibaba.

• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
