JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and submit FWA checklist to EHS coordinator.
• Update weekly Safety Behavior Observation report to the SHO.
• Update weekly Manpower update of Phase 1B/Phase 2 to the SHO.
• Close and update the weekly SMBWA finding report.
• Update daily activity and working location on the whiteboard.
• Responsible for coordination, checking and filing of controlled EHS related documentation.
• Record minutes of meeting.
• Compile soft and hard copies of data.
• Assist SHO with accident and incident investigation report.
• Assist SHO with weekly EHS report writing and monthly covid-19 SOP reports.
• Assist Site Safety Supervisor in preparing signages for work site.
• Investigate and respond to corrective actions related to safety infringements.
• Handling Hirarc numbering.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a bachelor’s degree/diploma in Safety or any related field with 2-3 years of working experience as EHS Coordinator.
• Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Required skills required are: -

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to perform under stressful conditions.

- Probability and decision-making skills.

- Stress management skills.

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48 (normal working hours)

Working days: Mon - Fri (normal working day)

One (1) day rest in every 7 days.

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day < 8hours office hours) / 3.0 (Rest Day / Public Holiday > 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below.

Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00

Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
