About the role

The QA Process Executive oversees new product development, PIP projects, product troubleshooting, data analysis, and Third-Party Manufacturer management, ensuring quality standards and successful commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D on product trials, PIP projects, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Participate in pre-run and post-run activities until SKU commercialization.
• Manage documentation for product commercialization, including spec reviews, MI reviews, and log sheet creation.
• Attend trials across all production lines, including during off-hours and public holidays.
• Conduct batch verifications prior to NPI runs.
• Prepare lab blends and perform testing for raw materials related to NPI and product troubleshooting.
• Handle special projects involving trend analysis and investigations, such as product troubleshooting and FM issues.
• Troubleshoot lab equipment and coordinate with vendors on issues and routine maintenance.
• Continuously improve QA testing methods through learning and alignment.
• Coordinate product shelf-life studies in accordance with new FSSC requirements.
• Manage projects at co-packers, liaising with vendors on improvement plans to ensure compliance with Kerry Global Standards.
• Support troubleshooting activities and oversee product release from co-packers, maintaining required documentation.

Qualifications and skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Food Safety within an Operations Quality role.
• Knowledge of prerequisite programs, HACCP, hazard analysis, and risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
