• Able to receive and forward messages/requests/information about the department to ensure guest satisfaction
• Has administrative skills - to record, prepare and distribute monthly reports
• Prepare associates' attendance
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding the inventories
• Keep files in order and up to date
• Records and safely kept all Lost & Found properties
• Keep track on daily logs and take action accordingly

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
